Terms of purchase & delivery
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied. We will always do our utmost to ensure that our customers have a safe and good experience of shopping with us. Satisfied customers are the best advertising! We, therefore, offer that if you are not satisfied with the goods we have sent you, then you can only send them back to us within 14 days.
We then refund the full purchase price without any fees. You must remember to fill out the right of withdrawal form and write on the account number for the refund of the money. This means that you as a customer do not pay any fees, but only the shipping cost to return the item.
We offer a 2 year warranty on all our LED products, should they fail in the meantime we will replace this. The guarantee only applies if the product instructions have been followed and that products have not been used incorrectly.
Right of return
In order for the right of withdrawal to be enforceable, the product must be delivered to us in the same quantity and condition as you received it and in the original packaging, together with the right of withdrawal form. When using the 100% satisfied guarantee, the Right of Withdrawal Act of 21.12.2000 states that it is the customer’s responsibility to cover return postage.
Defects or defects in the item: Transport damage etc

An order is valid when the order confirmation is received by the buyer. Order confirmation is given per. e-mail. When placing an order, it is implicitly given that the buyer agrees to follow lafayetteshop.no’s purchase conditions. An order / order is valid until the item is canceled or lafayetteshop.no cancels the order in writing / by e-mail.

Payment terms are card payment or Klarna Invoice / Klarna Account unless otherwise agreed in writing. When you shop with a card with us, the payment is processed by DIBS AS, which is a provider of secure electronic payment solutions for Visa and MasterCard. With DIBS, you have the same guarantees and the same security as in the physical world. The payment pages are secured with SSL and all card details are encrypted. Lafayette Design AS is responsible for credit card transactions made through this website.
Klarna Invoice: When choosing an invoice, a credit assessment is automatically made of you as a customer. An invoice with 14 days will be sent to your registered E-mail address. You are responsible for entering the correct e-mail address. In the event of non-payment, the claim will, after prior notice, be sent for collection. (This applies to customers over 18 years).
Delivery and delay
lafayetteshop.no only delivers to mainland Norway.
All orders are normally sent with the shipping method chosen by the customer when ordering, if the nature of the package allows this. lafayetteshop.no is free to choose another charterer or shipping method if needed, as long as this does not incur additional customer costs.
Our goal is to deliver stock items within 3 days of the order being placed. This must not be construed as a delivery guarantee, and deviations from this may occur. In addition, there is a chartering period (normally 1-4 days within Norway). If any of the ordered items are NOT in stock, the delivery time will be longer. If the order is partially delivered, the remaining items on the order will be sent to the customer free of charge.
We have the risk for the products until they are taken over by you, ie when you have received the products in your possession.

Mail collection: You can choose to pay when you pick up the package at your local post office. It will be cheaper for you, and easier for us, if you pay by card. We therefore recommend that you use a bank card with VISA or a credit card.
All shipments are sent by post to your nearest post office, delivery point. Normal delivery time is approx. one week after we have received confirmation of your order. For special promotions, a slightly longer delivery time must be considered.
Damage to postal package
Check received postal package for external damage to packaging upon delivery. If you see damage, the post office must be informed immediately and the package is opened immediately for inspection of the goods. If damage to the goods is discovered at a later opening of the package and this is due to damage during transport, the post office must be contacted and the item with original packaging must be brought for inspection at the post office. Then the claim form that you receive from Norway Post must be filled out. We want you to take a picture of the item and send it to us by email firstname.lastname@example.org with information about the order number attached. We will then arrange with Norway Post and send you a new item at no cost to you. This requires that you do this within 3 days of picking up the package.
